ISDN Information Page

The days of modems are behind us, we're now connected to Southwestern Bell's ISDN telephone network in Austin. As of August 16, 1994, icus.com was connected to Zilker Internet Park (now Jump Point Communications) via a 64kbps ISDN connection.

The hardware at our site is an Ascend Pipeline-75 router which handles POTS phones and ISDN NT-1 capabilities for Internet connectivity. There is also an Ascend Pipeline-50 router connected to an Omnilink Communications (was Adak) model 421 terminal adapter for connectivity to our offices.
