SWBT ISDN Pricing: Houston, Texas

I picked up this info from the Business Expo held in town last week. SWBT has set up a phone number for ISDN sales, it's 713-567-ISDN. I spoke to a sales rep and she indicated they are trying to setup a program to waive the setup/install fees if the customer contracts the ISDN line for some period of time. She didn't have a eta on it.
